The Change Management training provided by our instructors certified by APMG International aims to effectively manage change processes. This training focuses on supporting employees during the transformation process by offering strategies and tools that facilitate organizations’ adaptation to change.

Management 3.0 Foundation Trainings
M3anagement 3.0 Foundation Training, provided by internationally certified facilitators from Management 3.0, covers both theoretical and practical agile management and leadership topics, offering tools that can be used immediately after the training. Participants become acquainted with various concrete Management 3.0 applications.
- Management 3.0 Foundation Trainings cover all six views of M3.0 and are organized into four sections:
- Section 1 – Management 3.0 Leadership Views and Principles & Complexity Thinking
- Section 2 – Participation & Motivation and Delegation & Empowerment
- Section 3 – Culture & Values and Learning & Competencies
- Section 4 – Scaling Organizational Structure and Change Management
- The training is designed appropriately for:

The duration of the training can be determined based on preference and need, either as 4 half-days or 2 full days.
